About Camillus Youth Hockey

Formed in 1971, Camillus Youth Hockey Association (CYHA) is a not-for-profit organization charged with the responsibility of operating a youth hockey program for the residents of the Town of Camillus and the West Genesee School District. The association is recognized as the Camillus Youth Hockey Association, CYHA, or the Camillus Cougars.

The mission of CYHA is to promote good sportsmanship, respect, discipline, self-esteem and fun at all levels, while enhancing skills to accommodate the full spectrum of player ability.

The home rink for CYHA is Shove Park in the Town of Camillus. The official mascot for CYHA teams is the cougar.

CYHA is affiliated with USA Hockey and the New York State Amateur Hockey Association.  Games are conducted according to the rules of USA Hockey and sanctioned accordingly.

Camillus Youth Hockey is proud to also participates in the Snowbelt Hockey League and the Finger Lakes Area Girls Hockey League.

If interested in coaching for the 2013-2014 season, please be advised of the following dates:
- May 15, 2013 for Head coaching positions
- August 31, 2013 for all assistant coaching positions.
