Camillus - Shove (click for map)

Driving Instructions:
From I-90: I-90 to I-690 exit 39. Southeast on I-690 to Rt-695 exit (Auburn/Lakeland). Follow Rt-695 to Rt-173/Warner's Rd exit. Stay to the right and follow signs for Auburn and Camillus. Take a right onto Warner's Rd. and go to the 2nd traffic light. Take a right onto Rt-5/W. Genesee St. and go through the 2nd traffic light to Whedon Rd. (next left). Left on Whedon Rd. to Slawson Rd. Right onto Slawson Rd. The entrance to Shove Park Recreation Center is your 1st left off of Slawson Dr.


From I-690: I-690 to Rt-695 exit (Auburn/Lakeland). Follow Rt-695 to Rt-173/Warner's Rd exit. Stay to the right and follow signs for Auburn and Camillus. Take a right onto Warner's Rd. and go to the 2nd traffic light. Take a right onto Rt-5/W. Genesee St. and go through the 2nd traffic light to Whedon Rd. (next left). Left on Whedon Rd. to Slawson Rd. Right onto Slawson Rd. The entrance to Shove Park Recreation Center is your 1st left off of Slawson Dr.
 

Skaneateles - Allyn Rink located at the intersection of Jordan Road and Austin Street in the Village of Skaneateles.

Valley - Meachem Rink located on Route 173 below Community General Hospital in the Valley section of Syracuse.

Burnet Park - From Camillus: Take West Genesee St (Rt-5) from Camillus heading east toward Syracuse.. Right on Avery Ave.. Burnet Park Arena is on right side of Avery Ave.

Midstate - The Coliseum is located at the New York State Fairgrounds on State Fair Boulevard.

Lysander-Radisson - Take Route 690 West to the traffic light (where it becomes Route 48) and take a right on Hencle Boulevard. Continue straight. You will come to 2 stop signs. The rink is on the left just past the second stop sign.

WHITESTOWN

- Take the Thruway to Exit 32 (Westmoreland)

- Just past the toll booth, take a left turn onto Cider Street

- Go approximately 1/2 mile to Stop 7 Rd. - take a right turn

- At the next stop sign, take a left onto Stone Rd.

- Go to the next double stop sign and take a left turn onto Westmoreland Rd.

- The rink is approximately 1 mile down the road on the left hand side

CORTLAND (COLLEGE)

- Take Route 81 South to Exit 12 (Cortland-Homer)

- Go to traffic light and take a left turn onto Route 281 South

- Continue straight for about 5 miles. See new sports complex on left

- Then take an immediate left turn onto the SUNY Cortland Campus

- Follow road to the rink (is part of a large athletic complex)

 

                                                                        CORTLAND (J.M.McDonald Complex).
 

From I-81.   Take exit 12 off I81.  Bear right onto US-11/NY-41 South.
Proceed south for approximately 1 mile to Carroll Street.   Turn right on
Carroll St and watch for the complex on the right.

 

WATERTOWN

- Take Route 81 North to Watertown

- Get off at Exit 46 (Coffeen Street)

Take a right off the exit, and the Fairgrounds are on your left about a half mile down the road

ALEXANDRIA BAY

- Take Route 81 North and get off at Exit 50N (Alexandria Bay)

- If going to Bonnie Castle Rink, it will be on your right as you get off the exit

- If going to the Municipal Rink, continue on Route 12 North for 4-5 miles to a stop light. Turn left, go through the arch, and take first right onto Fulton Ave. The rink is on your left.

SUNY MORRISVILLE (COLLEGE)

- Take Route 690 East to Route 481 South and get off at Fayetteville exit

- Head East on Route 5 and at Lyndon Corners bear right on Route 92

- Head toward Manlius, go through Village, and turn left at tee after duck pond

- Stay in right lane and bear right on Route 92 heading towards Cazenovia

- Go to end of Route 92 and turn left on Route 20 East. Zig-zag through Cazenovia on Route 20 and keep going through Village of Nelson

- In Morrisville, turn right on Eaton Street at the light

- Turn left at main college entrance and rink will be on your right

ELMIRA (COLLEGE)

- Take Route 5 West to Auburn

- Turn left onto Route 34 South to Ithaca

- Take Route 13 South to Route 17 West to Horseheads

- Turn right at the Route 14 North signs

- Go approximately 4 miles on Route 14 North, pass the State Troopers Office, and the twin domes are on the left (If you see signs for Millport, you have gone too far)

THE COACH USA CENTER (Elmira)

From Route 17: Take Exit 56 and continue west on Church Street until you reach Main Street. Turn left on Main Street; the arena will be a block ahead on your right.

From points south: Follow Route 14 North to downtown Elmira. The arena is located on the left at the corner of Route 14 (Main Street) and Gray Street.

From points north: Follow Route 14 South to downtown Elmira. The arena is located on the right at the corner of Route 14 (Main Street) and Gray Street.

From Route 352: Follow Route 352 East to downtown Elmira, where it becomes Water Street. Turn left on Main Street. The arena is located on the left at the corner of Main Street and Gray Street.

GENEVA

- Take the Thruway West to the Geneva exit

- Go through toll booth and at the traffic light, make a right turn

- Go straight into Geneva

- Continue straight through the town about 4-5 traffic lights to the end

- Go straight and you will see the rink on the right side of the road

The lake is on the left

FULTON

- Take 690 West to Route 48

- Take Route 48 into Fulton (Pizza Hut is on the right)

- At the traffic light, take a left and continue down the road two traffic lights

- The rink is on the left

- It is the Fulton War Memorial which is along the lake

ITHACA

(3 RINKS)

Cass Park -

- Take Route 81 South to Exit 12 (Cortland-Homer)

- Go to the traffic light and take a left turn onto Route 281 South

- Follow Route 281 South until it turns into Route 13 South

- Follow Route 13 South into Ithaca

- Once you reach Ithaca, you will take a right turn onto Route 96 North

- Go approximately 3 blocks (over the railroad tracks and bridge that covers the river)

- At the traffic light, you will make a sharp right turn onto Route 89 (Park Dr.)

- Follow the road in and the rink is on the right hand side of road along lake

The Rink -

- Take Route 5 to Auburn

- In Auburn, turn left onto Route 34 South

- Follow Route 34 South for about 25 miles

- At stop light, take a left to continue on Route 34 South

- Rink is about 1 mile down on the left

 

Lynah Rink (Cornell University) -

- Take 81 South to Exit 12 (Cortland-Homer)

- Go to the traffic light and take a left turn onto Route 281 South

- Follow Route 281 South until it turns into Route 13 South

- Follow Route 13 South into Ithaca

- As you approach Ithaca, just past the New York State Electric and Gas Office building, turn left onto Route 366.

- Go on Route 366 for 3.8 miles to traffic light

- Go straight through traffic light across Gorge Bridge (don't follow Route 366 down hill to Village)

- Go to stop sign and take a right on Campus Road

Rink is on left side of road past football stadium

NEW HARTFORD

- Take the Thruway East to Exit 32 (Westmoreland)

- Take a right after toll booth

- Take a left onto Route 233

- Go about 5 miles until you reach Route 5

- Take a left onto Route 5 East

- Stay on Route 5 East into New Hartford (bear right on Genesee Street)

- Once into New Hartford, take a right onto Oxford Street

- Follow Oxford Street to Mills Road (a short distance)

- Take a left onto Mills Road and the rink is about 100 yards on the right hand side of the road

ROME (KENNEDY ARENA)

- Take the Thruway East to Exit 33 (Turning Stone exit)

- Take Route 365 East towards Rome (about 10 miles)

- As town approaches, stay to the left and look for Route 69 West (Rome)

- From Route 69 West take a right turn onto Jay Street

- There will be a blue sign "Kennedy Arena"

- Go about 3 blocks and the rink is on the left side of the road

CLINTON

- Take the Thruway East to Exit 32 (Westmoreland)

- Take a right after toll booth

- Take a left onto Route 233

- Go about 5 miles until you reach Route 5

- Take a left onto Route 5 East and go about 1/2 mile to Kirkland Ave.

- Take a right onto Kirkland Ave.

- Clinton Arena is about 2 miles ahead on the left-hand side of the road

UTICA AUDITORIUM

- Take the Thruway East to Exit 31

- Pass toll booth and go over the overpass (straight)

- Take a right turn onto Genesee Street and go into downtown Utica

- You will go over another overpass coming into downtown

- When you come to a big intersection stay to the right

- Take a right turn onto Oriskany Street

- Stay on Oriskany Street for about 4-5 blocks

- Utica Auditorium is on the right hand side of the road

BINGHAMTON (POLAR CAP ARENA)

Take Route 81 South and take Exit 6 at Chenango Bridge

Take a left at stop sign under Route 81

Follow road to intersection and take left onto Route 12 North

After about ½ mile, at the Y intersection, stay to the right and take Route 12A

Go about 1 mile and take a left at the light

The driveway to the arena is the first right

OSWEGO

(3 RINKS)

Romney (SUNY Oswego) -

- Take Route 690 West to Route 48

- Follow Route 48 into Oswego

- Take a left onto Route 104 West

- Rink will be down a little way on your left

Fort (also called Crisafulli Rink) -

- Take Route 690 West to Route 48

- Follow Route 48 into Oswego

- Take a right turn onto Route 104 East

- Go approximately 9 blocks to 9th Street and take a left turn

- Go approximately 3 blocks down 9th Street and the rink is on the left hand side of the road

Cullinan (also called Kingsford Park Rink) -

- Take Route 690 West to Route 48

- Follow Route 48 into Oswego

- You will see a lumber yard sign

- Just before lumber yard, make a left turn onto Niagara St.

- Go approximately 3-4 blocks and the rink is on the left behind a school

PULASKI (SALMON RIVER)

- Take 81 North to Pulaski exit

- At the stop sign, take a left turn

- Go to the next traffic light at intersection and take a right turn

- Go around a sharp bend in the road to the next traffic light

- Take a right turn

- At the second traffic light, take another right turn

- Go approximately 1/2 mile down the road until the road veers to the left

- Bear to the right before the bend and the rink will be on your right

AUBURN (CASEY PARK)

- Take Route 5 West to Auburn (Route 5 will become Grant Ave. as you approach Auburn)

- Continue on Route 5/Grant Ave.

- Go up over the hill and take a right at the light onto Seymour St.

- Take Seymour St. all the way to the very end (You will see Custom Cleaners)

- At the end of Seymour St., take a right onto North Division St.

The rink is approximately 1/4 mile up on North Division St. on the right

CICERO TWIN RINKS

From I-81 Northbound: North on I-81 to Rt-31 exit 30. Turn West (left) on Rt-31 (beneath I-81 underpass) for a short distance to US-11/Brewerton Rd. (2nd light). Turn North (right) on US 11/Brewerton Rd. about 1 mile and turn left into the Cicero Community Campus. The arenas are on the right side of this road past the NOPL (library).

 

CLAYTON RECREATION PARK ARENA

From I-81: I-81 to Rt-12 exit 50 .West on Rt-12 to Graves St. South (left) on Graves St. to E. Line Rd. Right on E. Line Rd. Clayton Recreation Park is off of E. Line Rd.

 

INDIAN RESERVATION RINK

Take Route 81 South to Nedrow exit. Take right at end of exit ramp and rink is on your right about 1/4 mile down the road.

 

ESL SPORTS CENTER

Take NYS Thruway to I-390. North on I-390 to Henrietta Rd./Rt-15A exit 14. North on Henrietta Rd./Rt-15A about 1 mile to Brighten Henrietta Town Line Rd. Right on Brighten Henrietta Town Line Rd. about 1/2 mile to Eastman Savings and Loan Sports Complex. Complex is on the left on the campus of Monroe Community College.

THOMAS CREEK ICE ARENA

From NYS Thruway: NYS Thruway to Exit 45 (Victor/Fairport). Go through toll booth and take Rt. 96 exit - just to the right. Right onto Rt. 96 at top of exit. Take a right onto Turk Hill Road (4th traffic light). Stay on Turk Hill Road to Rt. 31-F (East). Cross Erie Canal. At the top of the hill make a sharp right at traffic light onto Macedon Center Rd. Continue on Macedon Center Rd., 31F (approx. 1.7 miles). Right on Lyndon Rd. Arena is on the left.
