Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

CYHA HOUSE PROGRAM

Any player who leaves the organization can apply for a prorated return of the registration fee by submitting a request in writing to the Board or CYHA President. Refunds shall not be denied without cause. No refunds shall be considered after the close of a season.
